Terms of Service
Note. This document is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. The English version governs; the Russian translation is for convenience only.
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Omniwarecc ("we", "us") covering your use of the Omniware website, loader and software (the "Service"). By ticking the acceptance box at checkout, or by using the Service, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.

1. Eligibility
You must be the age of majority in your country, or have your guardian's consent, and legally able to form a contract. The Service is sold for personal entertainment on servers and games where its use is permitted.
2. Licence
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and run the Service for the duration of your subscription, on a single machine bound to your licence key. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, publish, decompile, reverse-engineer or modify the Service, or remove its protections, except where the law expressly allows.
3. Acceptable use & your responsibility
You alone are responsible for how you use the Service and for complying with the rules of any game, platform or server you use it on, and with the laws that apply to you. Use of third-party software may violate a game's terms of service and can result in account bans, suspensions or other action by the game publisher. You accept that entire risk. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Valve Corporation or any game publisher, and any trademarks are the property of their owners.
4. Accounts, keys & HWID
Your licence key is your credential — keep it secret. Each key binds to one machine (HWID) on first activation. Sharing, leaking or publishing a key, or attempting to defeat the binding, may result in suspension without refund. If you change hardware, contact support to request a reset; we may reasonably limit how often resets are granted.
5. Payment & pricing
Prices and subscription lengths are shown at checkout. The price shown is the full price — we charge no setup, handling or hidden fees. Your card issuer, bank, SBP or crypto network may apply its own fee or exchange rate, which is outside our control. You get access for the plan length you buy; access ends when the subscription expires unless renewed. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
6. Availability & changes
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Games update frequently and may temporarily or permanently break compatibility; we aim to update but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific features, or that the Service will work with any particular game version at any particular time. Downtime for updates, maintenance or detection events can happen without notice.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, undetectability, or that use will not result in a game ban. You use the Service at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, nor for any game, platform or account ban, loss of in-game items, loss of access, lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to the Service, however caused and on any theory of liability.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the subscription in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (for example for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you breach these Terms (for example by sharing keys, chargeback abuse or attempting to reverse-engineer the Service). You may stop using the Service at any time; expiry or termination does not revive any expired refund right.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will make reasonable effort to flag it.
